  First off let me say the staff was great, bartenders did an awesome job. Prices were good for the island. However the management could use some help. I ordered a tuna pita, received a turkey...OK no big deal it's loud they probably misheard me. I've worked food service, I know what happens. So I took it back up to the counter spoke with the cashier he was about to take it to replace it when a manager stepped in, repeated my issue to her and without hesitation said "oh well we just ran out" then immediately gave me my plate back and walked away before I could even ask about ordering something else or a refund? I know from being a Manager that kind of service will eventually catch up with her, you can't ignore your customers. Otherwise had a great time didn't let the issue ruin my day.

  Lunch isn't too crowded usually but at dinner time especially on Ohio state games it can get busy but they definitely have great pizza and wings!
